Common questions about pricing
People usually want to know these things before signing up.
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher tier within the first two weeks. The price difference gets applied, and you'll get access to the additional features immediately. Downgrading isn't available once you've started, since content access is already provided.
Life happens. If you need a break, contact us within the first six weeks. We can freeze your progress for up to two months. You'll pick up right where you left off, though live session participation won't carry over to the next cohort.
The course fee covers educational materials and platform access. We provide templates and guides for various SEO tools, but some third-party software requires separate subscriptions. Most tools we use offer free tiers that work fine for learning purposes.
You can request a full refund within seven days if you haven't accessed more than two modules. After that, refunds aren't available since the content is delivered progressively. We're pretty confident you'll find value, but the first week gives you a real sense of the material.
The Professional and Expert tiers can be split into two payments. Half upfront, half at the midpoint of the course. There's a small processing fee for split payments, and you'll need to set up the second payment when you enroll.
You get a digital certificate showing course completion and the specific topics covered. It's not an industry certification, but it documents what you learned and shows potential employers you invested time in developing these skills. Most people add it to LinkedIn.
