Non-Refundable Items

- One-on-one coaching sessions that have already taken place
- Live workshop sessions you have attended
- Completed courses where you have received a certificate
- Digital downloads that have been accessed
- Subscription services after the first 14 days
- Promotional or discounted items marked as final sale

Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, the following terms apply:
Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. If cancelled within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may receive a full refund. No refunds are provided for partial months or subsequent billing periods.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if requested within 30 days of purchase and less than 20% of content has been accessed. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided for annual subscriptions.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course content, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve technical issues within 48 hours. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our educational content. If you believe a workshop or course does not meet the described learning outcomes, please contact us within 14 days with specific feedback. We will review your concerns and may offer:
- Access to alternative course materials
- Credit toward another workshop
- Full or partial refund based on circumstances
Payment Method Specific Terms
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note:
- Credit card refunds appear as credits on your statement

Chargebacks

Changes to Scheduled Workshops
If we need to cancel or reschedule a live workshop, you will be offered:
- Full refund of the workshop fee
- Transfer to the next available session
- Credit toward another workshop of equal or greater value
Bundle and Package Purchases
For bundled courses or package deals, refunds are calculated based on the individual component prices. If you have accessed some courses within a bundle, only the unused portions may be eligible for refund, subject to standard refund terms.
Currency and Exchange Rates
All refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. If exchange rates have fluctuated between purchase and refund, the refunded amount may differ from the original amount charged in your local currency.
